Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corp. was established on March 27th 2002. The Company has been officially put into operation since April 2003, with its original business activities in investment, construction and trading in infrastructures of Urban and commercial areas - Industrial zones - Multifunctional services, and is the member of Saigon Invest Group (SGI) - A financial and real estate investment group, specializing in construction, business and management of urban zones and industrial parks in Vietnam.

During the phase between 2002 and 2006, i.e. since the incorporation date of the Company, all the officers and staff of Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corp have made every efforts, unceasingly exploited their creativeness, continuously learnt experience and achieved excellent results in building and developing urban and commercial areas as well as in attracting investment into Que Vo Industrial Park. It is the period at which the company’s strength in political and ideological education and its prosperity have been affirmed.

Currently, Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corp is a key investor, who has built and developed series of urban areas, commercial centers, hotels and run business in infrastructures of industrial parks with the typical projects as follows:

• The new urban zone in Bac Ninh City with a total area of 300 hectares, in which during the phase I, Phuc Ninh Urban Area (120 hectares) is build according to the architecturally modern model of the international standards;

• Que Vo Industrial Park with an area of 311.6 hectares has been already put into operation and become one of the modernest and high tech attracting industrial parks in Vietnam, with the highest rate of attracting investment in the North.

• Que Vo expanded Industrial Park near Que Vo Industrial Park with an area of 300 hectares has its infrastructures started to be built and attract foreign investment

Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corp has achieved the titles and awards as follows:

• For three consecutive years (2004, 2005, 2006), Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corp was conferred with the Excellent Emulation Flag Title of the Government for having completed excellently and fully all the duties and taken the lead in the Patriotic Emulation Movement.

• In 2007, Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corp has been selected and recommended by the Province’s Party Committee, the People’s Committee, and Reward and Emulation Council of Bac Ninh Province, to the State President as a nominee for the Third Class Labour Medal. The ceremony of receiving the Third Class Labour Medal will be organized on the occasion of the 05th anniversary of the Company’s establishment.

• Besides, the Company has been awarded with numerous certificates of merit by the People’s Committee of the Province, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Chamber, Project Management Unit of Industrial Parks, Labour Confederation of Bac Ninh Province, Social Insurance of the Province, etc.
