After working carefully, preparation activities for a great project in Hai Phong hold by Foxconn and KBC was carried out successfully in Hai Phong on 24th June 2008.

The president of Hai Phong People’s Committee Trinh Quang Su presided over, choosing the ideas of overall project design of of high-tech industrial park, urban zone Trang Cat, Hai An district, Hai Phong city, invested by Kinh Bac City Development Shareholding Company (Kinh Bac City) and Hong Hai Corporation. The leaders of Hai Phong People’s Committee, departments and the leading experts in architecture of Viet Nam attended in the report.

After hearing Surbana Company (Singarore) – Designing Consultant of the project to present their ideas of 3 methods of overall project design of high-tech industrial park, urban zone Trang Cat, the leaders of Hai Phong city, departments, president of Hai Phong People’s Committee appreciated the unique, creative, modern designing method serving the demand of development of a new modern urban zone, directed to the sea, friendly with the environment. The president also approved the subdivision of function and project of using land including of: industrial park, urban zone, golf area. Designing Consultants and investors were requested to work out fully and make a detail plan with ratio of 1/2000 and 1/1500, submitting for approval as regulated so that the project will be deployed soon.
